NORMALISE – NON-PHARMACEUTICAL INTERVENTIONS AND SOCIAL CONTEXT ANALYSIS FOR SAFE EVENTS

The research project "Non-Pharmaceutical Interventions and Social Context Analysis for Safe Events" (NORMALISE) is funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) since summer 2021. The project is conducted by the Chair of Public Safety and Emergency Management at the University of Wuppertal (BUW).

The overall aim of the project is to identify and evaluate non-pharmaceutical interventions (NPI) in the context of (large-scale) events. The acceptance of these events by the event audience and the feasibility of implementation are to be considered under aspects of event safety and occupational health and safety.
